James Walsh' guitar on the recorded version is, as far as I can tell, 
tuned down to Eb (i.e. every string down a semi-tone/ half step / single
fret)
It's the same progression all the way through. Until the bridge i.e. "I'll
be your guide... etc."
I haven't quite got the bridge yet...but it'll come, i've included one that
is freely available on the www.
